The Full Story
Daniel Peikes founded Peikes Family Law with the goal of providing top notch, compassionate, and cost effective family law representation in Southern California. Daniel's practice focuses exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, domestic violence, child support, spousal support, property division, parentage, and any other matters in the family courts. Daniel has appeared before courts throughout Southern California, where he has successfully advocated for clients at hundreds of contested hearings and trials.
Daniel is a graduate of UCLA School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Prior to practicing family law, Daniel practiced civil litigation for over three years at several highly respected Los Angeles law firms. During law school, Daniel worked for multiple litigation firms, for a United States District Court Judge, at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, and as a research assistant for a law professor and the vice dean. He also served as the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.

Daniel enjoys solving legal problems and is passionate about helping people. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, and swimming.
